The design company that I am working with is a one person company and the workers they found is responsible for the damage. I have a contract with them but they don't have an insurance and say that they can't cover the damage. The apartment's interrior design was supposed finished 2 months ago yet they still didn't finish it. I already paid all amount for their work and I don't want to work with them anymore. I will make a claim to my insurance company for the damage happenned in my house and the water drying and mold removal costs. However insurance company might deny our claims. In this case I want the design company to pay for everything plus return the money I sent to them for the interrior design. There is a chance that they might flee to their home country (Turkey) to not to pay compensation.
