Within last two years each and everyone who left this apartment, this woman never returned anyone's money. They all teamed up and filed a case against her in court. However, the progress isn't promising and no action has been taken against her. I want to leave this apartment soon. However, I am afraid that the same things will happen with me. Despite the fact its written in the contract that she would return the deposit within 30 days, she hasn't returned anyone's money. What step should I take in this regard.
