About me

I am a certified coach and sales trainer with a strong background in both personal development and professional performance. I work with individuals, couples, and professionals as a life coach, intimacy and sexuality coach, and sales trainer.

I started my career in sales and have over 15 years of experience in sales management, consultancy, and training. During this time, I’ve trained individuals and teams in practical sales skills, communication, and assertiveness, often working with companies navigating growth or change.

Alongside my professional career, I’ve always been interested in the psychology behind people, behavior, and relationships. This led me to become certified in life coaching as well as intimacy and sexuality coaching. Today, I combine practical experience with a grounded coaching approach focused on clarity, confidence, communication, and real-life application.

I work in English and Dutch, both online and in person in Wrocław and the surrounding Lower Silesia region. My work is professional, discreet, and tailored to each client’s situation — whether the focus is personal growth, relationships, intimacy, or professional performance.
