Dodatkowe informacje: There was a developers agreement signed 1 year ago for a flat purchase in Lodz, while we tried to get a land permit from MSwia the developer failed to provide us a land registry document from UMł for 1/2 year and that failed our chances and also the bank terms & risks are higher.
Now we are pushed to sign an addendum for an easement for the same terms as the purchase while I am not so sure it's fear for us to bear now the whole risk versus getting or not getting loaded by the bank. Else, would like to withdraw from the agreement with the minimal damage. If the matter escalates - a representation will be needed.
