Zakres zlecenia: We need industrial building design company At the moment we are looking for a long term partnership with an engineering and design consultancy firm to deal with in terms of design, and creating from scratch a full drawings package for our current projects. The scope of work will be turnkey design service from developing a new building floor plan until getting the final drawings and design. Currently we have 3 projects with an area size from 1000 to 4000 SQM with some details as below: Project type: Cold storage warehouse Required design service: (full package design) structural, MEP, architectura, bill of quantity for material,etc...and all construction drawings. 3D is not required. The purpose of those projects are to be rented for the local market after the construction stage is done, however further details can be shared later on.
